Modern renovation included installation of 2 independent HVAC thru wall units with humidifier system to cool entire space. Kitchens have new custom made Tabu veneer cabinets with counter tops made of ice stone. New Sub Zero and Miele appliances. All three new bathrooms were updated with new custom made showers and Duravit whirlpool bath tubs as well as Dorn Bracht plumbing fixtures. Design of the apartment done by architects Carol Henderson and Clay Aker creates the perfect blend of modern look with natural warmth and luxury.
